The Filter Vessel performs this function with the use of high capacity filter bags. Simply loosen the thumb screws on the lid, remove and discard the filter bag, and insert a new filter bag then retighten the lid.  It is that simple.

The Filter Vessel will remove up to 95 percent of solid contaminants (down to approximately 25 microns) saving on spin-on filter element costs while efficiently removing sludge and particulate.

 The Pre-Filter Vessel is constructed of high quality carbon steel that is coated inside and outside.  It used a bolted swing down lid for easy servicing.  The Pre-Filter Vessel can be used on either the suction or discharge side of the MTC System.  Maximum working pressure of 150 PSI. It is equipped with one inlet and one discharge pipe fitting.  This offers you the maximum flexibility when configuring your system connections.  The bottom drain valve can be plumbed away from the stand.  The included filter stand can be easily attached to any industrial hand truck for total portability.  The Pre-Filter Vessel uses Nylon filter media to remove heavy particulate and sludge from 300 micron down to 75 micron.
