MTC's are Three-stage Mobile Tank
Cleaning Systems that recondition, stabilize and
decontaminate Diesel Fuel, Bio-Diesel, and light
Hydraulic fluids. They efficiently remove water,
sludge, and sediments that naturally accumulate in
tanks. MTC systems excel in low operating cost and
compact design to clean and restore fuel to its
“Clear & Bright” condition, providing Optimal Fuel
Quality for Peak Engine Performance and Reliability.
The MTC 500-AFR is equipped with a
variable speed drive. The controller monitoring
LED's show status and power. The drive combines a
high-starting torque with a soft pump start. It
eliminates in-rush current to protect the motor. The
adjustable flow rate makes this MTC suitable for a
wide range of tanks.
Stage 1:
The separator/coalescer removes water, sludge and
particulate that is easily drained by opening the
bottom valve
Stage 2: The
ALGAE-X® Fuel Conditioner decontaminates,
reconditions and stabilizes the fuel. It reverses
the process of fuel deterioration and build-up of
tank sludge.
Stage 3: The industrial water-block
fine-filters remove dispersed and emulsified water
and capture solids down to 3 microns.
