MTC-HC50 is a skid mounted high capacity tank cleaning,
fuel polishing and transfer system. Its 50GPM
design flow rate is adjustable from 25 to 75 GPM
depending on the air flow to the double diaphragm pump
with filter & regulator.
The standard system equipped with
pre-filter vessel, LG-X 4000 Fuel Conditioner, coalescer
water separator, fine filter vessel, 25' of 2" clear
suction and discharge hose, cam and groove connections,
multiple discharge ports, air pressure gauge, pressure
and vacuum gauges for filter and optional pump
monitoring.

The MTC-HC50 is equipped with a double diaphragm
pump rated at a maximum of 100 gallons per minute.
An air filter regulator adjusts the pump's speed and
flow. The maximum flow rate of the system depends on
factors such as suction lift, discharge head, hose
length and diameter and, pressure drop over the
filters and separator.
HC50 systems are used to efficiently clean diesel
fuel in tanks by removing water and sludge and
particulate. The MTC-HC50 restores fuel quality
through the patented fuel conditioner. The HC50
system is perfect for cleaning fuel, transferring
fuel between tanks, removing sludge and water from
the tank bottom slowly and not creating the swirl
and mixing the problem back into the fuel. While
transferring fuel you can pass it through any or all
filtration to be sure you get optimal fuel quality
in the receiving tank.
